You are all cordially invited to celebrate our own Rev. Pastor Angelee Benner-Smith! Pastor Angelee has made the difficult decision to retire from the United Church of Christ East Goshen after faithfully serving the Church since November 1993.
We have all been impacted one way or another by Pastor Angelee, and it is now time to send her off with memories she will cherish forever. The celebrations will take place on Sunday, October 10 following the 10:00 AM service. There are a number of ways that you can help in commemorating her 28 years with the UCCEG:
You can attend her last worship service at UCCEG and celebration afterward (please register here if you are attending in-person). This service will also be broadcast virtually on our Facebook Page.
You can share pictures, anecdotes, memories and sentiments, which can be emailed to celebrateangelee@gmail.com (please submit by Sunday, October 3).
In addition, monetary gift donations can be made via check (made out to United Church of Christ East Goshen) or PayPal on this page –(these gifts are not tax deductible and should be received by Sunday, October 3).
